StrongPipe

HDPE dredging pipes, equipped with or without stub ends (collars) and swivel flanges, are ideal in combination with StrongFloats for dredging and sand winning applications.

They are available in PE100, all pressure levels in various diameters, and up to 20 meters in length.

We also deliver pipeline parts likewelding stub ends and steel or PE flanges (steel core), in various patterns and according to international standards, including DIN and ASTM.

StrongHoses

We provide excellent quality dredger hoses, such as rubber suction, discharge, and floating hoses for dredger, sand, and mining applications for a competitive price. We also supply specially designed rubber bends, compensators, expansion joints, and more, available in all diameters, various lengths, and pressure ratings.

StrongFloats

StrongFloats is our modular floatation system used by dredging companies all over the world, because of its unique features and famous reliability. StrongFloats consist of two half-cylinders, c/w stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized assembly material. StrongFloats are corrosion free, low maintenance and available for pipe diameters from 70 to 1.100 mm in two different materials:

• Semi-rigid PE – for normal conditions
• Extremely flexible PE – for harsh conditions

We produce according to each clients’ unique demand. Because our production facility is also in The Netherlands, we have excellent quality control and planning. It’s always possible for clients to visit the facility during the production of your floating device. If necessary, we can deliver your StrongFloats filled with foam. The foam can be standard PU foam or, even better, expanded polystyrene. Our expanded polystyrene is more or less flexible, 100% closed-cell, and fully recyclable.
